Potatoes with Tuna Salsa


Ingredients:

Potatoes

Tuna (flakes in oil)

Tomatoes (cut into cubes)

Onion (minced)

Salt

Pepper


Instructions:

Slice potatoes thinly then deep fry.


Mix tuna, tomatoes and onion in a small bowl.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange potatoes around the salsa and then serve.
